A Nigerian lady has cried out for help after accusing her boyfriend of blackmailing her with intimate videos.
The lady, identified as Ijeoma Patricia Ogoh, took to her Facebook page to narrate her ordeal, alleging that a man she had been dating for months secretly recorded their private moments and later demanded money from her.
Alleged Secret Recording
According to her, she had gone to visit her boyfriend, whom she had been seeing for some months. After spending time together, she left for home without suspecting anything unusual.
However, while on her way back, she noticed he had sent her a video on WhatsApp. She decided to wait until she got home before opening it.
To her shock, she claimed the video showed a private moment between them. What made the situation worse was a voice note that allegedly followed.
N2 Million Demand
She said the man threatened to share the video with members of her family if she failed to pay him the sum of two million naira.
According to her, he went as far as checking her Facebook page to gather the names of her siblings, uncles, and aunties, promising to send the clip to them.
She revealed that he had already sent the video to her sister.
Fear and Confusion
In her post, she explained that her sister had involved some local youths in an attempt to confront the man.
However, she said there was a major challenge, she does not know where he lives because he always took her to an apartment whenever they met.
She added that she pleaded with him to accept two hundred thousand naira instead, but he allegedly responded by sending another clip, which she described as even more embarrassing.
Sharing her frustration, she wrote:
“I went to see my boyfriend i have been dating for some months now.
After a good jenital meet and greet, i was on my my way back home when i noticed a video he sent to me on WhatsApp. I decided to wait until i got home to open it .When i finally did, I saw a video of me making out with my boyfriend .At first ,i thought he was being playful until i listened to voice note that came after it.
The person I called my boyfriend was threaning to share the clip with every member of my family if I didn’t pay him the sum of two million
He went to my facebuk page, took the names of my siblings, Uncles and Aunties and promised to send the video to them.
I don’t know what to do Ijay .
He has already sent the clip to my sister and she has involved some Area boys for us to storm the place,but the problem is that he always takes me to an Apartment.
I don’t even know where he actually lives ..
I even begged him to collect tuhundred kay instead,and he replied by sending another clip of me … this time showing me doing something deety
I don’t even know how to get out of this Mess .
Help me.

Her story has since sparked concern online, with many advising her to report the matter to the appropriate authorities.
