Erling Haaland has now scored against every Premier League team he has played against in just two years, with his goal for Manchester City against Brentford.

Brentford was the last team in the Premier League to prevent Haaland from scoring, but that changed on Tuesday night.

The Norwegian striker finally found the back of the net against them, to hit the Premier League record.

Haaland’s goal came after Kristoffer Ajer slipped, giving him a clear path to goal, and he made no mistake in slotting the ball past the onrushing Mark Flekken.

The goal which marked Haaland’s 22nd of the season, was crucial for City as they had been held by Brentford for 71 minutes.

After a challenging game against Chelsea, Haaland was on track to get back on the scoresheet.

The goal secured a 1-0 win for Pep Guardiola’s side, helping them overtake Arsenal to move into second place in the standings.
