Ivy Ifeoma, wife of singer Rudeboy, has advised women against making the pursuit of a wealthy husband their primary life goal.
Sharing her perspective on relationships and financial independence, Ivy stated that while marrying a wealthy person can create opportunities and be a positive addition to one’s life, it should not be the foundation upon which a relationship is built.

According to her, a spouse’s wealth remains their own, making it important for women to build financial security for themselves.
She further noted that generosity and character are more important qualities in a partner than financial status alone.
Ivy also emphasized that she was already financially successful before meeting her husband, urging women to focus on personal growth, career development, and wealth creation rather than relying on marriage as a path to financial stability.
Her words in part …
“This is my take on the idea of marrying a rich man and before you come for me, know that I was a millionaire before I met this man

I’d rather you stay in marriage with a generous person. But don’t get me wrong but marrying rich is a very good add-on because it can open doors of opportunities for you, but what I will tell you to do as a woman is to get rich…”
