American singer, Lil Nas X reportedly hospitalized on August 21, 2025, after roaming the street around 4 am.
In a now-viral video, Lil Nas X is spotted wandering around Ventura Boulevard in Los Angeles, wearing underwear and cowboy boots, and talking about attending a party.
According to unconfirmed reports, security operatives arrived and subdued him after he allegedly charged at them, with paramedics suspecting a possible overdose and transporting him to a nearby hospital.
Meanwhile, Lil Nas X’s condition remains unknown and his management team is yet to address the reports which have dominated across social media.
