Frank Siller is an American philanthropist and the CEO of the Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation. He is well-known for his efforts to memorialize the sacrifice of his brother, Stephen Siller, a New York City firefighter who died in the line of duty on September 11, 2001.
