Cole Palmer made history with incredible first-half hat-trick in Chelsea’s 6-0 win over Everton on Monday night Premier League clash.

The former Manchester City academy graduate wasted no time in making an indelible mark on the game.

His hat-trick came in less than half an hour against the struggling Toffees at Stamford Bridge.

Palmer’s first goal came just 13 minutes into the match, as he overpowered Jarrad Branthwaite before curling the ball past Everton’s Jordan Pickford with his left foot.

He then continued with an aerial effort, heading home from a deflected shot by Myhkailo Mudryk just five minutes later.

His third goal, a sublime chip from outside the box that sailed over Pickford’s head, that left spectators in awe.

Palmer’s goals propelled him to three club records on the night.

With his season tally reaching 23 goals, Palmer became the first Chelsea player to score in seven consecutive games.

Additionally, he became the first Chelsea player since Eden Hazard in the 2018/2019 season to notch over 20 goals in all competitions.

Finally, Palmer joined the ranks of Diego Costa as the first Chelsea player to achieve the feat of scoring 20 goals or more in all competitions in his debut campaign since the 2014/15 season.

The evening’s dominance for Chelsea didn’t conclude with Palmer’s goals alone, Nicolas Jackson and Alfie Gilchrist also made their marks, brining the game to 6-0.
